I just recently heard about John and I couldn't believe it, I was numb. I've been removed from Killington for 10 yrs, but my fondest memories are with John after hours playing the 45's, and HH @ the Pickle(upstairs of course). I miss those days, but will remember them always. The first time I met John the first words out of his mouth were "What do you call a deer with no eyes?" You know the rest, I still get a chuckle from that. I will miss him imensely as I...

To John's sisters and Sheryl: We were so saddened to just learn by reading the Mountain Times of "John Boy's" passing. Although our paths haven't crossed in Killington for many years, we have very fond memories of meeting him on the mountain beginning more than 30 years ago. Back then he always spoke with great love and affection for his dear sisters, L, J & P. You...

Saturday morning I went to breakfast at Johnny Boys & ran into Gramps. We talked about John & it is obvious that Gramps is grieving deeply. Then Gramps was called away for a pick-up, leaving me crying about John again. A friend asked if I it would...

We were shocked to hear about the untimely passing of John. A legend has moved on to share his carisma with others beyond. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time ... He will be missed.

This is a loss to all of us who had the pleasure of meeting John. My thoughts are with his family at this time. He made a mark where-ever he went and will truly be missed by many more people than you can ever know.
