Sad to hear of John's passing. We were neighbors as kids and grew up in Batavia, Illinois. Good memories.

Very sorry to hear this news. John was the heart of Celanese and I remember so well his energy and joy in the business. Beyond his exceptional intellect he was incredible with people - so many of us loved that (if you had your facts together) you could challenge John - and he really respected those who did. He left quite a legacy and so many careers are better because of him. Wishing Dorothy and his family and friends peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Dorothy, I'm very sorry to hear of John's passing. He led a wonderful life and was blessed to have you by his side. Prayers for comfort and peace during this very sad time for you and your family. I know you all will miss him dearly.

Dorothy & family- Kenny & I send our deepest condolences. When I think back to all the good times at Celanese Chemical, I remember what fun it was working with John. Smart, driven, a big personality and always quick to have a laugh. He will be missed.
