Shirley, please know that you are in our prayers. While we never met your husband, we were lucky to know you. So he had to be a pretty lucky guy to be married to you!

Shirley,
You truly are the lucky one. Spending so many years with such a great man, role model, mentor and friend. Coach Obel watched me grow for many of years at Calvary. I am truly blessed to have had him in my life for such a short amount of time. I hope I brought him joy as much as he brought it to me. My grandparents and myself are praying for you and your family.
God Bless.

Shirley, I was so sorry to learn this news. Our prayers will be for you and your family. Saying, I'm sorry for you loss seems so trite but there is not much else one can say at a time like this. I will see you at the visitation tomorrow afternoon. Your friend and classmate, Bill
