John, I'll never forget Christmas of 1987 when I first met you at my grandmother's party on 3rd Ave. I did my best to sing the 12 days of Christmas with you. Ever since then, that song had a special place with me. Every time I saw you, you always had a big hug for me. I'm gonna miss those hugs. So will a whole lot of people. May God bless your son and family during this time. I wish I could make it back home to say goodbye. I love you and miss you Big John!!
