Not sure what to say?

John, Brenda, Brittney and Brandin-We are so sorry about your loss. Our hearts and prayers go out to you. If there is anything we can do to help you in this difficult time, please let us know.

To all of you grieving the death of
John Opheim,
We cannot be there for you in person, and yet we do want to send
our thoughts and prayers to let you
know we care. Our good timememories were seeing John up at Pine Lake chatting with him.
Sharon's Mom and Dad, Greg and Sharon and family and Sharon's brother, Tim and his family came for a one night visit in August 2005. There was target practice,
sailing, eating together, just being together that may have helped
John...

Dear Opheim Cousins, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know this is a terribly sad and difficult time for you, but I hope that someday memories of simple things and happy times will bring you comfort. My favorite memories are from our family visits to the lake. Uncle "Jack" taught me how to water ski and introduced me to smoked fish. John: So sorry to hear the news about your dad. He was always such a great person to me, and appreciated the time with him.

John,Brender,Brittney and Brandin -Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. God has a new angel in his choir this Christmas. Look to the stars and think of him, he is there and will always be with you, he will still give you that fatherly direction. We are there for you. Love Jody, Bob and the kids

John & Brenda,

Karen & I are so sorry your dad has died. We will say a prayer for not only the two of you but the entire family. Call if we can help with something or if you just need someone to talk to.

I didn't get a chance to know John other then by reputation and being able to say Hi in the halls. I was very aware of the level of respect that John was held in and his accomplishments at SPPD. I do want to add my condolescences to the family on John's passing. A big piece of SPPD history has passed with him, hope that we don't forget.

I was so sad to hear of John's passing, my son (Tom) and I knew John from his home at the cabin. We are friends of George and Michele Collova. I can't tell you what a wonderful man we felt John to be and so enjoyed his company every time we came to the lake. Tom will surely miss his long talks and John's stories, they seem to have had a special bond. It was wonderful to watch the relationship grow of the last several years and know that it will always be special to both of us. He will be...
