Dr. Ormand and Betsy, I´m so so sorry for your loss...your son must have been wonderful!...just like his parents!

John Ormand was one of the good guys. He always lent a helping hand to those that needed it. He was also a family man and so proud of his wife and children. He helped others who were in distress and he wouldn´t take credit for doing so. Godspeed JWO. May your memory be a blessing. We know you fought the good fight. We love you!

John was an outstanding example to all humanity. I remember watching him in awe play soccer at CFA as a child. An outstanding person from an outstanding family. My condolences for your loss.

He will definitely be missed and we all have great memories with John and the family. It was a blessing to have been a part of his life.

I worked right down the hall from John for six years at Brooks Pierce. I´ll never forget hearing his signature booming and jovial voice coming from down the hallway, or knowing that John had just stepped off the elevator when I heard "click click click" of his bike rolling down the corridor. He was such a kind man, even to those who could do nothing for him - the measure of a truly wonderful person. He fought a hard fight and he lived the way one endeavors to be remembered.
