Edna and the entire Orvin family, John Orvin was a true gentleman and one of the finest and most dedicated church members I have had the privilage of knowing. I shall always remember the advise and support John offered when I was appointed to serve Bethel in 2004. I will forever be grateful for his wise counsel concerning the Bethel endowment which he and Edna initiated some years ago. Our prayers to Edna and the whole family. Blessings, John & Carol

Henry and family, l am so sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I know he will be greatly missed by all. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you celebrate the wonderful life your father had and mourn his passing. But remember he is walking the streets of gold and it will only be a short time before we will see him again. Our time on earth is short and he will be there to greet you with open arms to welcome you to heaven.

Edna and Family:
I am so sorry to hear of John's passing..I remember many years dancing away at Arthur Murray Dance Studios with both of you and enjoyed your friendship so much. He was such a fine man and I always enjoyed talking with him and dancing with him too.
Both of you stand out in all my good memories of the years spent there and the "family" we all felt when we were together at the events there.
May you always know your friends are here and pray for God's presence be...

Dearest Aunt Edna & family - I am heartbroken for you with Uncle John's passing. Please know that Robert and I are there with you in thought, prayer and spirit. Uncle John was a one-of-a-kind man. He was always ready with a joke or to make someone share his big boustrous laugh and always had that special twinkle in his eye. He treated us kids like we were adults, but was always ready to share some quality play time with his incredible train sets. Christmas with him and Aunt Edna was always a...

George, We know you will miss your brother. You and the family are in our prayers. Thanks for all your help when I was a student.

Ms. Edna, I am so sorry to learn about Mr. John's passing. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.
Sincerely, Matt
