Geri, Jacki and family, I'm terribly sorry for your loss.

I worked as an upgrade supervisor under Jack for quite some time, but more appropriately it would be better phrased as working along side him. A better man cannot be found. My condolences to the family, Rest In Peace.

My condolences to the Otten family. I had the honor to work with Jack for many years. Jack was a thoughtful and respected man. Jack would always apologize to my wife when he had to call me into work. I enjoyed talking with Jack about hunting and fishing. Someday I hope to be sharing the same hunting camp. Rest peacefully my friend.

Jack was a good, kind man who knew how to put the "spurs" to you when needed. A great mentor and friend

The years that I knew Jack were many and I enjoyed every meeting with him. Jack always listened to you and was interested in your conversation. He was and is a good and quiet man.
