Hi Toni: Just wanted to let you know that my contribution to the Hospice named in Jack's Times Union Obit was returned to me with a label saying "not deliverable as addressed". The address given in the TU was Hernando Pasco Hospice, 13027 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL., 34613. If you can send me the correct address I will mail the check again.
With love and best wishes to you and your family.

I worked with jack on the Rebuild New York Task Force in 1983 at DOT. Jack had one basic speed...get it done. He was funny, smart, and always able to make people smile. My condolences and prayers are with his family.
