Jack was my first boss out of college, an unforgetable character.

My love to you Jack. You are an inspiration to all of Bill's friends! May you find peace, and perhaps my dad, on this new journey. Your girls are in good hands.

Jack was one of the of the good guys you meet in life, and a long time friend of the Healy family. He will be missed

Jack was a key player in helping me get my life back together and for that I am forever grateful. He was a friend,a good neighbor and a good listener. I valued his opinion whether I liked or not. I will miss him. My condolenses to Toni and his family.

I worked with jack on the Rebuild New York Task Force in 1983 at DOT. Jack had one basic speed...get it done. He was funny, smart, and always able to make people smile. My condolences and prayers are with his family.
