Not sure what to say?

My thoughts continue to be with all of the family. I feel blessed to have known Bud & have wonderful memories of sharing family times with all of you. You're very special people & if there is anything I can do to help, please do not hesitate to call.

Ellen, Jay, Nancy & Family, How sad I was to have heard from our Mother that Bobby had passed away. I Truly Respected Bobby as he had "Personified Being A Christian & Gentleman". I Truly Feel That A Legacy Has Come To An End. I & My Family's Thoughts & Prayers Are With You All.

Ellen, Jay, Nancy and family,
The Fleenor family and I extend our condolences and love to all of you. Bobby (as my parents called him) has been such a wonderful friend over the years; from Stratford Hills UMC to Providence UMC. He was such an inspiration to all of us, and an encouraging disciple of our Lord, Christ. I got to know "Mr. Overbey" (as I called him growing up) as an 8th grader playing in the bell choir with him and my mom, Emma. We had such fun. Prior to that, my memories...

Nancy,
Your dad was such a wonderful person, I can't express how deeply sorry I am for you. Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for your whole family during this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Much Love,
Karen Bayne

Ellen, Nancy, Jay and family.
Bobby was one of the most effective witnesses to the Lord that I have ever known. I know that he is using that great tenor voice in heaven now. I am very thankful that I had the privilege and joy to know him and the entire Overbey family.

My heartfelt condolences to the Overbey family. "Bud" was a wonderful man and welcomed all of us with open arms. Southside Speedway was always more fun when he was there. The Runt Harris skybox will never be the same...

Ellen, Jay, Denise, Nancy, Bryan & Harrison, our thoughts & prayers are with you. May God hold you in his hands and help you find peace at this very difficult time. Bob touched so many people’s lives in countless ways. I had the pleasure and the honor of working for Bob for the last 22 years at Benj Franklin. He will be greatly missed by all of us.
GODSPEED BOB OVERBEY!!

Bob,
Of all the dear people that I have ever met, you are one who has lived your faith and helped us all find our own in the process. I was shocked to hear of your death, but know that those campers who received your love through the years will never forget Bob Overbey and his wit and wonderful laughter. You are truly one of God's children and I know your family loved you as much if not more than you could have imagined. I'm glad Jay is following in your footsteps and will pray for...

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. We will miss 'Bud' and the laughs and smiles he could so easily generate. One of the nicest, finest people I've been lucky enough to know. He will be sorely missed.
