To the Parcheta Family,Please accept my condolences on the passing of a great and tremendous person. He was one of the most positive people I have ever known. He always had a Can Do attitude. He took a chance on me back in 1978 while I was interviewing for a sales position with 3M ATD (Automotive Trades Division now known as Automotive Aftermarket Division). He told many people in marketing and upper management I believe in this kid and that helped me get the position. Thirty six years later...
