Not sure what to say?

I knew Father John (that's what I called him then) as a child in the 1960s when he was pastor at St Barnabas in the Desert Church in Phoenix, Arizona. I remember his kindness and generosity, he really had an air of spirituality about him. I know that my deceased mother Emilie Kuner and my grandmother Dorothy Bohnhorst also loved him. I was very sorry to hear of his passing, my sympathies to the family. Christopher Kuner, Brussels, Belgium

Such a remarkable, unassumingly quiet man of abiding faith. Truly, we are all enriched beyond measure for our having known him. God bless and keep him.

Eleanor,
My sincere sympathy and prayers are with you at this very sad and difficult time,
Clare Ashe

Hugs to you, dear Grandy! Was there ever a man filled with more love than my Grampa, John Parke?? He will be remembered by so many whose lives he touched. Love from, Prisca

Dear Eleanor,
Cathy and I extend our Christian sympathies to you and your family. We will always remember the meals we shared with you & John before services!

Dear Eleanor and family. Our thoughts are with you at this time.

Andie and family
John will always have a special place in my heart, as will you Andie, for the love you have given my family and others in the Cathedral over the decades. John has to be thinking, "Tennis anyone"?

ANDIE AND FAMILY, with deepest sympathy in the loss of you wonderful husband. We enjoyed having him with us during his last days. What a kind and gentle soul who will be missed.
