Not sure what to say?

John was truly the gift of a very loving God and we mourn our loss for a life well and beautifully lived - - a life filled with boundless passion and a vivid example of what it means to live a faith-driven, Christian life of love and service to others.

You will be missed.

It is with a heavy heart that I extend my heartfelt condolescences at untimely demise of "Mr. P". Mr P as I have called hiim most of my life was an extension of what I referred to as the quartet at Universal Life, Mr. Willard Bell, Mrs. Frances M. Hassell (my mother) and Ms Helen Bowen (my second mother). Although we did not communicate directly often, I always knew he asked about me as I did him. He kept records of my various achievements first through my mother and then through Ms Helen....

To the Parker Family: My heart is so heavy. I have lost a dear and special friend. He just slipped away from me. Oh, I miss him so much! I know I will for a long, long time. I do thank God for the time he permitted us to spend with each other. He shall forever remain in my heart.
Love & Prayers,
"Friend Helen"

Mother Dixon, My heart desires to be there with you. We are praying for you and the family.
Love you Bishop James & Pastor Coretha and the End Time Christian Fellowship family.

I deeply mourn the loss of Mr. John Parker (affectionately referred to by me as Uncle John). I found him to be a real, warm, sincere and caring individual. He impressed me as one of God's disciples. I will truly miss him and his intellectual curiosity.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help at this time.

Dear family and friends of John,
We met John on only one occasion when he visited Durham and prepared a scrumptious meal for us. He was clearly a kind and gentle person with a keen sense of intellectual curiosity. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
