Dear Mrs. Parliament and family, my sincere condolenced on the passing of Dr. Parliament. I worked for him at Agriculture Canada, issuing all those permits for Artificial Insemination for thousands of cows across Canada. Dr. Parliament was such a nice person. I will never forget the wonderful stories and jokes we all enjoyed while working together. I still remember you attending my wedding and still cherish and use the table mats I received from you. May he rest in peace.
