Not sure what to say?

I played piano in the Dan Zola Orchestra for about 20 years. John Patai was an excellent musician and very good at getting bookings for the band. I believe John was the main reason the band has lasted so long. Rest in peace, John. Mike Elkins

It's been almost 3yrs. Since my dear brother passed and not a day goes by that I don't have wonderful thoughts about the great life we had together, wh as t an amazing brother he was and such a beautiful person, I love and miss him so much and still talk with him in my prayers! I love you Bro.

I will never forget you, thank you for being you. RIP brother.

Although we are related and don't live far apart, I am very saddened that I did not get to know john better. My family's deepest sympathy to all of the Patai family. We all started out in the Euclid, Ohio area and spread out from there. Let this be a lesson that we all need to stay in touch with Loved Ones.

Just now- we learned of John's passing and not in time to show our respects. He was the nicest guy -and contributed so very much to Dan Zola orchestra. Talk about dedication and tenacity! Dealings with him were always professional. Our sympathy to his wife, children, brother and family. Also- to his other family: the Dan Zola Orchestra. I know you've lost a brother. RIP to a great guy. Marsha & Art Newman

I was blessed to know John growing up in Johnstown Pennsyvania.
When I moved to Ohio he would visit with his mother and we all grew very fond of each other. After his mother died we continued our friendship and talked about all of our friends in Johnstown. He will surely be missed

I am so sorry. I keep remembering the fine job he did with the family reunion. I was unable to attend services due to work responsibilities, but I will mourn for him.

My sympathies to the family and friends of a John.
Had the pleasure of knowing John in his professional life and without question he was always a professional.
