Not sure what to say?

James Hunt, thanks for your kind words at the funeral for our Dad. It's such a small world that you were both in Dallas.

From John's Children John Jr. and Nicole

Steve Haddock, we saw our Dad mad a few times! He didn't let it show at work. We remember that he worked really hard at that job. We'll miss him too. Thank you for sharing.

We really hated to hear of John's passing. He was a really good man and will be missed. Our condolences to the family.

My condolences to the family, John was a good friend and classmate during our time at Texas College.

I had the pleasure of meeting John Pate Sr. at Texas College, Tyler, Texas.John Pledged Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and I Pledged Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc. We pledged at the same time. John was a very kind person and had a great sense of humor. The family has my condolences. Remember in Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding.
