John was one of my more colorful insureds. He would come into the office and make his insurance payment and tell Chris and I stories of some of his travels. He never mentioned most of the things in his obituary though. We will miss him and his visits.

I never had the privilege of knowing John, he did many admirable things in his lifetime. There is a shortage of men like him to replace a hero like him. God Bless him.
