John H. Pattie, 72, of Counce, TN, died Sunday, October 11, 2009, at Cornerstone Health and Rehab in Corinth, MS. He was a retired court commissioner of Ventura County, CA. He enjoyed boating, and was a merchant mariner. There will be no public services. Cremation is to follow. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by 2 sons – Ian Pattie (Sarah) of Wallace, ID and Bruce Pattie (Ellie) of Glenview, IL; 1 sister – Jane Pattie May of Tallmadge, OH; 1 grandchild – Oula Pattie; and 3 step grandchildren – Matthew, Amber, and Kyle Marble.
