Not sure what to say?

Mr. Patton was one of the kindest men I´ve known. He sang with my father and many other educators in the Choralaires and presented an educational fund in my mother´s name when she passed. He loved teaching and coaching and people in general. He filled many hearts. May those hearts pass on his goodness.

Really enjoyed John and Dean Kirk who always opened the gym on Tuesdays. Great men who made a difference to a lot of kids. Thanks John

I enjoyed working with Johnny in the Cortez school district. He always was a big help to me and many others! My sincere condolences.

Mr. Patton was always one of my favorite teachers I am saddened to hear he is gone. My thoughts and prayers are with his family

Johnny always had a smile and spread that joy to all. You will be remembered by the many lives you touched.

May you rest in paradise Mr.Patton. I will never forget all you taught me in sports and in the classroom. You were always so kind and sometimes hard on me when I needed it! Thank you for making school fun. You are definitely going to be remembered and missed!

Mr Patton was my 6th grade teacher. He was, and still is the greatest teacher I ever had. He loved us all and he taught us how to play volleyball and read The Hobbit to us and let us bring records to listen to in class. I have never forgotten his kind & gentle nature. I could go on and on easily but I´ll just end with hugs and prayers to his loved ones. Love and condolences from Lori Waterman

Mr. Patton was my 7th grade basketball coach along with Mr. Kirk. Two of the most positive men I´ve ever met. It should be noted that they led us to both the league and tournament championships. Coachs´ Patton,Kirk, and 8th grade coach Charlie Waller would stay late after practice to work with me on various skill. All great coaches and even better men! God Bless him and his family.
