John Daniel Peebles

Know of his daughter Leah case. He was such a remarkable man and father to look for her the way he did. My heart goes out to the family. So sad, surrounded by tragedy. Prayers they can bring Leah home one day. Heartbreaking.

I did not know Mr. Peebles personally, but I saw the story about his and his wife's daughter, Leah, and wanted to say how sad and surprised I was to found out that he had perished in an accident. He certainly seemed like a very nice gentleman, and his wife seemed lovely, also. The love for their daughter and the rest of their family was so evident in the program that I saw. If his family sees this, please accept my sympathy for your great loss.

My deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Leah and her father John. After seeing their story on ID, have always been hoping John would get the answers anout Leah in life. It is heartbreaking he hasn't gotten them, but it is a comforting thought that he will know now. All the best to the surviving family and friends. Wishing Leah will be found (alive) one day.

I just saw the episode on the ID channel of Leah and I was so inspired and impressed with what an incredible man Mr Peebles was and how much love he obviously had for his beautiful daughter. The lengths he went to to try to bring his child home were above and beyond and I thought "what a special dad he is".
