To the Family and Friends of John Penich,

To the family of Sgt. John Penich,

I am the head football coach at Broadway High School, located in Virginia. Each week this season, our football team has played in honor of a fallen soldier. This week, we will be playing for John. Our team considers this a great honor and we are very happy about it. John's acts of bravery deserve a fitting tribute. Our players will play very hard tonight and we hope to make John and his family proud. I hope you find comfort knowing that John's...

I am so sorry for your loss. My son is 11 years old now...maybe he will have...

I know time has passed since he left, but I know that you each one face each day even now, thinking of John and wishing he were still here with you. My deepfelt prayers and sincerest condolences go to you know and in the future. Please know that John is the...
