Not sure what to say?

Thinking of you all during this difficult time.

We are so very sorry we couldn’t attend the funeral. With having an acreage with all our animals we just couldn’t pull it together quick enough. Please know that we are there in spirit and send all our love and prayers.

John was an excellent teacher. I met him at Deere in 1972 when he gave me a welding qualification test for employment. He said, “You don’t know how to weld, but I can teach you.” He was correct, I was a terrible welder, however after a few weeks in his class I was able to graduate to the production floor. He was kind, patient, and a wonderful teacher. I am grateful for his skills, coaching and tenacity. God bless!

I’m so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and
Prayers are with you all at this difficult time.

So sorry for the families loss

I am so sorry to hear of John's passing----he was a dear friend and a mentor to me from our days on the Dubuque County Library Trustees. Such a dear soul.....please accept my codolences and know that I will be praying for you all. He was a pillar of the community and a great example of being involved in your community!
