Big John so going to miss seeing your smiling face! I always saw you at the rec. center 3 days a week. At times I was doing my own workout, and here comes John to see what I was doing. He was always looking for different exercises that he could do there or at home. If it was something that I thought he could do, I'd hand him the weight, band or ball and show him how to do it. When I first noticed him, he was sitting in the social area in the senior center, watching our every move, as I taught...
