My dear brother, Not a day goes by without thinking of you and the wonderful person you were. We miss you dearly .

John had many admiral attributes. I will remember him most as a fun loving man and friend, serious about his work, and totally dedicated to his family.

To a brother who was not only admired by others, but as his sister he was my mentor and a gentle person who always had a care for others less than himself. John, no other person could have had such a wonderful brother and friend as you. I miss your warm smiles and great joy for children. Your loving sister, Linda

We were so saddened by the death of John. Doubly saddened because we haven't seen each other in many years. Hopefully, we will all have a great reunion in heaven.

I am very sorry to hear about John. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I have many fond memories of John when we were just kids growing up. He will be greatly missed.

John was such a warm and wonderful person a true gentle giant. I will never forget our high school memories together esp. those on the football field. He made not only myself but also everyone arond him better players and better people. My deepest regards to his friends and family.
