Dear Maria & Family,
We are gathered at Mildred & Larry's home to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and received a message from a mutual friend informing us that John had passed away. Our deepest condolences on the passing of "Uncle" John. He was a wonderful man, and we were fortunate to have him join our family for his final years. We will always remember our wonderful time with him in Mexico whale-watching shortly before his death. His good humor and graciousness will be deeply missed.

I most remember John as being gracious and generous to his friends and his community. And, every time we received our Christmas newsletter with all the activities during the year I was taken by his ability to “carry on”. Our deepest sympathy and love to you, Maria.
