John Douglas "Big Daddy" Pitman

I will dearly miss Mr. Pitman. He was such a warm and loving man and a joy to work with.

As one of several OKC Parks Dept. employees that provided staff support to the OKC Golf Commission, I feel priviledged and blessed to have known and worked with Mr. Pitman, a member and Chairman of the Golf Commission. And I felt very honored when Mr. Pitman attended my recent retirement reception in May.

I will always remember his smile and warm greeting at every Commission...
