I remember John as a valued friend to my father, Lynn Beatty, as well as to my brother Doug. John was a happy presence at the many fishing and family gatherings. My condolences to Larry and Dennis and family. Carol Beatty

John was a partner and one of the founding owners in WRS Ranch in Fall River Mills . He was a good friend of my grandfather and took very good care of a place we call Fish Camp for many years. He will always have a seat at the table in the Cookshack and we will all remember his stew on Thursday night before opening weekend of fishing season. He would put turnips in the stew and my father would always tell him he should have put in more potatoes and fewer turnips. It was an every year fun...
