Did not know you at Erasmus Hall but I am holding your family in Gods love and light for comfort at this time of loss. Rest in peace sweet soul.

From a friendship forged at the law school and in the struggles in the farm vineyards championing the cause of farmworkers, John was my friend for life.

May his memory be a blessing to all of us, especially his beloved family.

I always appreciated John's kindness on the times that we talked in the neighborhood. He enjoyed making things and showed genuine interest in things I was doing and other topics of conversation. My only regret is that we never shot that game of pool. I will miss John.

Psalms 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years. May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.
