My mother, Barbara Wilson, worked for Pollock-Ray Sales in the 60's and 70's, and loved it. Both Mr. Pollock and Mr. Ray were practical jokers, and a spirit of fun was consistent in the workplace, infecting the employees as well.

My mother once carefully stitched a tag into a new suit jacket, of which John was very proud. When he received a compliment and opened the jacket to verify where it was purchased, it revealed "handmade especially for you by Goodwill Industries." John...

So sorry to hear of Mr. P.'s passing. Brad, your dad was always a great source of humor and I feel fortunate to have known and worked for him. His story telling ability is legendary in my opinion and I still use, "Mr. Pollock Quotes" from time to time. Karen and I will keep you and the rest of your family in our best thoughts and wishes as you go through this difficult time.
