Our hearts are broken learning of Pastors passing! What a beautiful heart and warm smile he had. We are so thankful the Lord drew us to Hopeful Lutheran and the Pollock family. Wishing you all Gods grace. - Robert and Julia Davis

Love and prayers

I am so sad to hear about Pastor. He was such a wonderful man and always an inspiration. I always enjoyed his sermons and he was such an integral part of our lives when my boys were growing up. Prayers for Gina and his family to get through this difficult time.

I am so very sorry to hear about the loss of Pastor Pollack. I and my boys (Eric Keller & Nathan Vaughan) loved and were very inspired by him and thankful we had him at Griffith Lutheran Church.

My favorite memory was when John dressed up as St Nicholas, miter and all, and shared with the school kids the story of St Nicholas Day. Dear friend and colleague. Will remember him fondly.

Wonderful man! My mother played and I sang at John and Gina’s wedding many years ago at St.Paul Lutheran Church, outside of Springfield, where he served as our minister there. Always happy and positive. To Gina, my deepest sympathy to you as memories flood your mind. God bless and keep you in the palm of His hand. You are loved❣

We were sorry to hear of Pastor Pollock's passing. He was a fine man and Christian. God Bless your family.

As a member of Griffith Lutheran Church, Pastor Pollock was an inspiration to so many people, especially my family. He will be certainly missed! I will be forever grateful that he was a part of my life. My sincere sympathy to Gina, Aaron, Joel, Matthew and family members.
