Not sure what to say?

Johnny, you will be greatly missed by everyone who knew you. We had no choice but to love you. Baseball season will not be the same without you! War Eagle!

I doubt I ever played a game in little league or at Satsuma that Johnny didn't attend. Johnny always made you remember why you loved sports in the first place. As long as our beloved school stands, he will have a very special place in it. God bless you, Johnny.

Satsuma, Mobile County and Alabama are better places because Johnny Poole inhabited them. I hope that can be said of each of us when we pass. He gave hope, joy and zest for life to everyone he met and took nothing in return. He shared his humility and made everyone around him appreciate the blessings of life. Johnny will always be missed. The Satsuma Football games will not be the same without his cheers from the stands. Michael Beverly (Satsuma c/o 2002, Auburn 2006)

Thanks Johnny, for being who you were.

Johnny will surely be missed. For as long as I can remember he has been a well known fixture in Satsuma. He was not only a frequent visitor to the high school, but also to Lions Park. The love people have for him was very obvious during the visitation at Satsuma High School. God Bless Johnny and his family.

Johnny;you will be missed but never forgotten. The SHS football games will never be the same without you. Our prayers are with the Poole family.

Johnny was one of a kind, he taught alot of people the true meaning of 'GATOR PRIDE". He loved his Satsuma Gators, whether you wore an athletic uniform or just a school uniform, you were still a Gator in his eyes. He will be missed by everyone, especially at Friday night football games. We love you Johnny.

Johhny you will be miss. Deepest sympothy to freinds and family.
