John F. Potts

I am sad to hear of John´s passing. I knew John in high school and played football with him. I remember John as a good person and friend.

Just found out about John's passing. What a great guy..... and a great lawyer. John gave me a great opportunity when I first graduated law school and I always remember that. I felt overpaid ! And yes, his love of music was legendary. Rest in Peace, John. You made a difference in this world !

Rest In Peace John I truly loved enjoying the UT law school experience with you. You were so intelligent and interesting and you parlayed that into a great life what a beautiful contribution to society with your love of music snd law

Jim and I offer our deepest sympathies. A man with a strong core and strong character, to be admired.

I remember your energetic musicianship at Dan Rodriguez' jam sessions in Temperance. You always had a request for me to sing "Too Much Stuff" while you played that wild harmonica. R.I.P. John.

Years ago, I was a young Security Officer in the downtown Toledo Sky Rise where Mr. Potts' office was. He was always kind to me when I would interact with him. Rest in Peace, Sir.
