Judith - Kent will be missed by all. Every time I saw Kent I said, "How are you, Mr. Powell?" He'd always have the same reply..."Mr. Powell lives in Fort Stockton!" I always called him Mr. Powell when I saw him because he too was due respect from all. He was a good man, and at the end of the day that is the best that any of us can hope to have said about us. Our deepest sympathy to you and the family.

Judith and Trey,
I was so sad to hear about Kent.
I will always remember you all coming over to Big Lake each week so your 4-H shooters could practice trap and skeet before you had your own range at Rankin. Kent was "good folks", and you are too.
Fond rememberances.

Dear Judith and Trey, I enjoyed the years I worked with Kent when he was the Willacy Co. Ag. Extension Agent and I was the Raymondville High School Ag Science teacher. He was a good man, a hard worker, and a good friend. Kathye and I considered your family a blessing to our community. We were sad to hear about Kent's illness and your loss. We are praying for you and send you our love, Bob and Kathye Austin (Raymondville, TX)

Dear Powell Family,
I was sorry to learn that Kent passed away.
Kent and I went to High School together, played in the band, ran the roads, and were good friends. We lost touch over the years, but I have often thought of Kent and the good times we shared.
My condolences to you on your loss.
Best regards,
Richard
