Not sure what to say?

Dear Aunt Earnestine,

Deborah & I just found out about Uncle John today (18 August 2010). We are both saddened and remember him with much affection. We were both shocked and wish that we had known sooner. He was a wonderful man. Please accept our "belated" condolences and best wishes for you and all our cousins.

I was so lucky to have two fathers. One of them is John Powers. You will forever be in my heart and, never will be forgotten. I will miss you Dad .My most endearing memory of you is that no matter what the situation , you were always Cool and took all things in stride. They don't make them like John Powers anymore. What a good man.
Love,

Cheli, I am so sorry for the loss you and your family are feeling right now. Please know you and yours are in our thoughts and prayers. Your grandfather was very special and always had room for "one more" in his house, his heart and his family.... thank you for letting me be that "one more" for the better part of my life.

He will be surely missed but remain in our hearts forever.

Love, Annie

My Dearest Uncle John,

I only call him Uncle John because he is my mother's brother but he has always been a father to me and my brothers. Uncle John was the one that I called to come by and fix my bike, Uncle John was the one that I called if my brother was being to rough with me, Uncle John was the man that gave me away when I got married. That sounds like a father to me.
I will miss My Uncle John very much but the things he taught me and his kindness will live on...
