John Ivan Prcela

I was a student of Mr. Prcela, from Brush High (Class of '73) -- I remember him so well! One of the few teachers I really remember, and learned so much from. He had a big influence on me, and on generations of Brush High students -- no one else was teaching us about Eastern Europe, communism, etc. When the USSR fell, I thought of him first and wondered what he was thinking! Only recently though did I learn Mr. Prcela made it well past 100 (!!) and also that he lived all this time around the...

Prcela Family- I am so sorry to hear about your dad´s passing. He was an incredible man! You were so blessed Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy (Inuit Proverb). May your dad´s memory be forever a blessing shining bright.
