John, it has almost been a year since you left us and it hasn't been the same. We think and talk about you almost every day. We never could understand why you were taken away from us when you were, but I realize now you were taken for a purpose and that was to watch over "Dad". Mom cries for you and dad almost every day. I'm trying to watch out for Lynn and the girls. Your granddaugter Adelyn is getting so big! Elizabeth will be having girl #2 in June. I wish you could be there to see her....

John, I'm really gonna miss you being my boss. You really were like a father figure towards Brittany and I. You were so genuine and kind, you rarely ever yelled at us.
