Dear Karen, John, Janet and the entire Provan family. I am so very sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is hard enough, but a parent is the worst. Mr Provan was one man I'll never forget.
Whether it was our 1st meeting during the Provan-Basso wedding, or during one of the many social gatherings-he was always the warmest, kindest soul. My heart aches for you all...and know you are all in my prayers. The obituary was beautifully written...what an amazing man! He's with the angels now,...

Such a wonderful and kind soul has slipped away peacefully and quietly from us. The heartwarming piece is that he is now with his beloved son and wife and his other loved family and friends who have gone on before him. Rest is peace my friend.

my thought are with the provan family, mr provan was agreat guy, i went to school with john, and you dad used to pick me up for pop-warner, then latter on in life i got to know him, he would give you the shirt off his back, my he rest in peace with his other family members. till we meet again, god bless...........eddy
