Not sure what to say?

We were notified this week by the Olympia High School alumni, class of '49.
Our deepest sympathy to you Diane and to the family. We had such wonderful times with you during our many years of Washington/Oregon football games.

To the Pyle Family. My thoughts and condolences go out to your family during this difficult time. Jack had lots of great experiences, especially with and around family, friends and sports, for which we all can be thankful. Warm regards, Doug Post.

I am the niece of Rocky and Jane Slocum Gill, and I was a neighbor of John, Ruth, and Jan in Lebanon (Jan and I shared a class at, oh, no, OSU). Jack Pyle was a legend in our family, and, although many of us are now gone my sister, Diana, and I remember the tales and are saddened by Jack's passing. We send our love to Diane, Jan, and the family. God bless you all.

Diane & Family, Pat's and my thoughts, these past few days, reflect great college remembrances with you and Jack. Pi Phi and Beta parties and football and football and more!! Love to you,

Diane & Family, Pat and I send our love and tell you that our thoughts these past few days recall great college days in Eugene ... Pi Phi and Beta get- to -gethers, football and more football. Great remembrances. Love to all,

I did not know Jack well, but I do know he was a patriarch of a very strong family.... my condolences.

Our heavenly Father knows our needs and
gives strength and comfort to those who
mourn. My prayers are with you. May he
rest in peace.

Wish I had known him better. The love of his family sure shines through in a touching tribute to great guy. Our thoughts are with you all. Tom and Carmen Bittner
