Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of my dad, Jack Hurvich who adored Jack Rafferty

May god bless Jack, his family and friends. He was a great man and an outstanding visionary. We are thankful to live in Hamilton, where Jack built a beautiful town and community of people who care. His legacy endures for all of our benefit.

Jack Rafferty was a true friend of my father, Jack Hurvich. We attended an event on February 5, 1994. My father passed on March 1st. Jack Rafferty attended the Woodbridge funeral on a snowy day. My family was elated. I´m so sorry to know he has left us, too, my heart is full of love for this wonderful man! Joyce Hurvich, with my blessing.

Such a warm, loving and charismatic man. Jack was a friend of my parents from High School and we grew up calling him Uncle Jack. He could always bring a smile to your face and had a way to make those around him feel really special. It was an honor to know such a lovely person.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Thank you for marrying my husband and I 32 years ago!

We are very sorry to hear about the loss of your dear Jack. He was a very decent man who was larger than life and well respected by all. He certainly was loved by many and we were very proud to have known him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Greatest sympathy's to the Rafferty family, I would just like to say your husband your father was the greatest person I have ever met giving me an oppertunity of a lifetime of employment, thank you Mayor. Please be comforted by all who love and miss your loved one and legend, ...... Mayor Jack Rafferty, he was magic !

Jack lived on Annabelle Avenue, one block away from Nick Innocenzi & Sons on Reeger Ave. My grandfather and his 8 sons never went past 5th grade. In 1989 Jack issued a proclamation naming a street Innocenzi Drive, in Hamilton. How proud my grandfather, father, and uncles would have been if they were alive. My thoughts go out to Doris and family, your loss is everyones loss.
