This is the perfect picture of Uncle Jack.... just the way all of us will remember this sweet, kind man. I'm sorry my work schedule would not allow me to fly up from Florida for his funeral. My very best to the entire family. Love always....

I'm saddened to hear of Mr. Ragan's passing. He was a great neighbor and a joy to be around. My deepest condolences to all.

Will miss seeing him from our kitchen window tenderly tending to his flowers. Will miss him on date night when the bread basket is too full. Will miss his twinkle- eyed smile when he joked with Mary Ann with a bit of mischief in his eyes. Will miss his kind ways. He was the best neighbor one could have.
