My dad was Max Newby, who served in the 11th Airborne in the Philippines and in Japan on occupational duty. This picture is of Dad (on right with baseball glove) and a John Ramsey from Washington IL, which I think must be this John Ramsey, while in Japan. Dad passed 12/1/2016. Please accept my condolences.
