Not sure what to say?

Great man and surgeon. Thank you for all you did for Paul. Godspeed Doc.

This phenomenal man was my physician for years. He also cared for my dad and grandmother. Dr. Raycroft had such a way of interacting with me and I'm sure all of his patients that made one feel safe, secure and well cared for. He was old school and often disagreed with opinions and treatment plans of more aggressive doctors and spared me surgery and pain. When he retired I felt like I lost my best friend along with the feeling of security I had in his care. I recently found out Dr....

I was fortunate to know Jack in several ways. In the '80's, he was "Dr. Raycroft," my mentor. Among his peers, he was skilled, wise, calm, insightful, patient, generous, and refreshingly lighthearted. In the 90's, Dr. Raycroft became "Jack," my colleague. We often saw patients together at our various Glastonbury offices over the years. In between patients we often discussed our families. Jack wore his love for all of his family on his sleeve. Jack, I´m so sorry for your loss. My sympathies to you and your family.

Thoughts of Tranquility Floor Basket

Jack was a one of my favorite mentors during my Orthopedic residency at UConn. A true gentleman, a great teacher and surgeon with compassion, and always was a lifelong friend who will be missed. My condolences to the Raycroft family.

Deepest condolences to Betsy, and to the Family of Jack Raycroft, a long-time friend, and an amazing human whose life and contributions left this world a better place.

If not for a European Trip three years in the making, I'd be in Gbury to honor Doc. He kept our entire family "moving and grooving" as an incredible physician and an even better family friend. I remember coming home from UVM to your house for a consult prior to my first knee surgeries just to get "jack's opinion" on the situation. Mom and Dad trusted him with all things ortho. His passing is such a loss for all who loved him and benefitted from his generosity in our beloved town. ...

Deepest sympathy to the Raycroft Family especially Betsy, whom I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with as I picked up "Doc" and drove him to his doctor visits lately. I called him a Man's Man. He and I had special conversations in the car. Our conversations ran the from his doctor experiences to baseball and his love of Betsy and the entire family. A great man !
