Hearthstone at Heights Crossing,
Sorry for your loss. The Hearthstone Memory Care program will miss Jack. I never met him and the program provided many activities for the people with Alzeimer's, such as a music group, a reading group and Montessori-based activities for women and men. The men was separated from the women. He loved being there and taking part in the music group if the men had one.
