John G. Reddy

So sorry to learn of this. As others, I have just come across this sad news. I only knew John for a short period of time my frosh year in Athens, before I moved on. I only had good memories of John. And as you can imagine, even within that short time, I still remembered after all of these years. Prayers and Blessings to all lives John touched over the years.

I just stumbled onto this horrible news. Unfortunately, no one had passed the word to me so I'm painfully late on condolences. Last I saw him was at the WBWC 50th Anniversary soirée... same guy, just a little more seasoning! RIP John... I pray you are now 'quite' Reddy.

I haven´t seen John for quite some time and last week, the end of September I was thinking about him and I don´t know why, but I told my sister that I was going to call him and catch up. And I learned that he passed the week before. I am so sad that he is gone. John and I had a lot fun times together and created memories over the tears that I will never forget. I am deeply sorry for your loss and will pray for all of you. I will miss you buddy! Jim Zak

My condolences to John´s family and close friends. I remember vividly playing little league baseball against John. He was one of the best pitchers in the league. It´s hard to believe it was 50 years ago. May God comfort you.

John was one of the sweetest and kindest guys I knew. A great listener and always so interested in everyone's well being. My heart is broken for his family and friends with this great loss. I know how much he will be missed.
