Not sure what to say?

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. I know your sweet daddy will be dancing in heaven now. :)

Matt and I were classmates at Phillips and the University of Alabama where we were roommates for four years. After graduation in 1961 we both were both off to the military. Over the next 60 years we slowly drifted apart as I was seldom in Birmingham due to overseas work. Our last get together with he and Pat was for lunch in Italy just prior to the pandemic. Pat, our sympathies, as well as our fondest memories, are with you. You and Matt are entitled to Oscars for being wonderful traveling companions and awesome friends. Our prayers are with you

We miss you, Dad!!

A lot of good memories with Matt that I will keep until I see him again.Prayers for his family

Matt, was one of the smartest person I have ever known and a fine man. We go back to high school and college and then roommates for several years. After our fling as single we married in 1965, just a few months apart. I plan on being with Matt in heaven. GOD bless this family.
