Dear Susan, Jessica and Justin, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Tom was a great man and certainly had a strong impact on my pharmacy career. Over the almost 20 years we worked together, he was a positive role model as pharmacist, leader and friend. He advanced the pharmacy in so many critical ways while maintaining such positive relationships with all those that worked with him. I know you will all miss him. Prayers for all family and friends. I know he and Fred are catching up.... Andrea

Lit a candle in Remembrance

In my position as Medical Director at the MCCG Cancer Center and chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee I had the good fortune and pleasure to work with Tom, whose sense of teamwork and diligent attention to detail made the Pharmacy section a high quality organization. He was also a gentleman of character. My condolences to his family.
