Not sure what to say?

I clearly remember times at WMUA radio (UMass) when Jack would ask me or anyone else to stay up all night because he had run out of insulin. He would do anything, everything for a slice of cheesecake, which, of course, he was not supposed to have! Jack was the nicest guy, a friend to everyone he met. We drove to Boston together to take the FCC license test and I met his sweet mom. I lost touch with Jack after graduation and now I won't see him again unless there is a heaven. Jack is...

"Yeah, yeah, cool"

"Nah, nah, nah, you don't understand"

I miss my friend Jack every day.

Dear Paul & Marie,
Please accept our deepest condolences on hearing of Jackie's passing. We certainly understand what a special person Jack was and realize he will be missed.

My husband, son and I were neighbors of Jack in Canton for many years before we moved two years ago. Jack was a wonderful guy who was caring and thoughtful. He always remembered my son at Christmas and birthdays. He helped my husband get to his doctor appointments and was a good friend. I so sorry to hear of his passing. What a special man he was. I am so sorry for your loss.

I had only met Jackie once before about 3 years ago. But what I heard about him and the man I met were very much the same. A funny guy, with a sharp sense about him, and who I shared the same musical appreciation with. I wish I had been more in touch with him as I am sure he could have taught me a lot. But I was blessed enough to even meet him that one time. God only takes the best.

Dear Paul and Marie, So sorry to hear of Jackie's passing. I didn't know about your mothers passing. Please accept our condolences. \

Paul and Marie:

Please know that you and your families are in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time. Jack was quite a character - I'll never forget his sense of adventure, humor and love for music. God bless him and may he rest in peace!
