Not sure what to say?

It is hard to believe that 10 years have passed. I can still hear John talking about going Absinthe tasting at eldritch and forgotten bars below ground in downtown Los Angeles. How can you not smile at such tales?

It was always a pleasure to see John come through the door and he will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.

I'm sure I speak for a lot of friends who knew and played music with John in San Juan Capistrano that it is sad to lose him and to never have another tequila tasting and pickin' party again with him. May God Bless and keep John. My condolences to the family.

I didn't really know John very well, but he and I shared a locker for as freshmen. I liked him a lot. Sharing the locker went well, except when I kept my trombone in there and took up too much of the space.

I was sadden to hear of John's passing away..He and I were great friends in Prairie Grade School and High School..I will always remember the good times we had together and John was always fun to be with..I remember his Cushman Airborn Scooter that he rode all over Kansas City..He was a great friend..God be with you John.
