Not sure what to say?

Salve et Vale, Padre Jack.
You were my Latin Prof at Chaminade and you and I had many contacts over the years. We hadn't seen much of each other recently but I have fond memories of you.
Rest in Peace in the embrace of Our Lady.

To a dear friend,
Who was always there for me in the good and bad times. A very loyal friend, who always seem to visit when least expected but timely. I was wondering why Father Jack hadn't responded recently to my emails. Now I know why. "Mahalo Plenty" for all the fond memories. Friends forever, Christian Hotta

To the Rielly Family and Marianist Community,

My sincerest condolences and prayers to all of you with the passing of Father Jack. I have very fond memories of Father when he was at St. Anthony's in Wailuku, Maui. It was especially nice of Father to have visited briefly with me when I lived in San Francisco. I looked forward to his Christmas greetings and prayers during the holidays.

This message is also sent on behalf of my brother, Christian Hotta, who resides in New Zealand....

Dear Rose, Mary, Sr. Patricia, Bill and Irene,
My condolences over the loss of your dear brother and my friend, Fr. Jack.
I was so blessed to have known him. I cherish the many memories and joyful times with him and Bro. Jim, especially at Villa St. Joseph in Santa Cruz.
Thanks Fr. Jack for touching my heart and those of the Muzio Family over these past 40 years.
Rest in Peace dear friend.

Dear Rose, Mary & Reilly & Neary family... I am sorry for your loss, but certain that Fr. Jack is happy with our Lord and caring for all of you. I remember well when Fr. Jack was at Riordan, right around the corner from us, and my Mother-in-Law, Madeline was so close to all of you. Please accept loving wishes...

"Well done, oh good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of our Lord." Father Jack, thank you for a lifetime of service to Christ and His Church. You will be missed, but remembered for your kindness and good humor. RIP. May our faith be our consolation, especially for the Rielly Clan.

Bill Webb, Tom Cotter & I were fortunate enough to have visited with Fr Jack the evening before his passing. While he strove to speak with us he was too frail. Along with our classmates, we deeply regret the loss of a fine priest.
