John passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016. John was a resident of Hingham, Massachusetts at the time of his passing. A funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday in Old Ship Church 107 Main St. Hingham at 10am. Burial in High Street Cemetery Hingham. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of John may be made to the Hingham Historical Society 34 Main St. Hingham. United States Navy Veteran.

Just learned of Johns passing. Deeply saddened by the loss of such a good high school friend. Many fun memories of Rile .I will never forget his unique laugh and sense of humor .Certainly makes you feel bad about not keeping in touch with such good friends you had in high school! We had soooo many laughs.Great memories live on ,as aflood of them occur as I write .Deepest Sympathy to Johns family and friends

John sold me my beautiful house in 1977, a year after I married my dream girl.I was a 23 year old newlywed and we were looking for a small house near my parents who lived on Malcolm street in Crow Point. After a month or so of looking around at tiny houses, we met John. He was selling a small 4 room ranch he had rebuilt from a crow point bungalow. His dad Frank lived next door in retirement in another small house they had bought and renovated together.
